MUST HAVE GROUNDS MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE

Keeps lawn and grounds maintained in a neat, professional appearance

• Mowing, trimming hedges and trees, removing weeds, blowing sidewalks and roads, mulching and disposing of leaves.

• Picks up trash and empties all trash containers

• Performs planting for beds and flower pots

• Lays sod for grass

• Performs preventive maintenance on all equipment / vehicles

Qualifications:

• Must have prior grounds maintenance experience at least 2 years.

Language Skills: Ability to read and write, comprehend simple instructions.

Mathematical/Reasoning Skills: Able to follow instructions and do basic math.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license

Physical Demands: The Employee must be able to sit, stand and walk. The employee must be able to regularly lift and or move 50-100 pounds and occasionally move more than 100 pounds. Employee must be able to tolerate season Weather conditions which will require being out in the cold of winter and Hot of summer for long periods of time.

Work Environment: Employee will work outside in all weather Conditions and may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles and vibrations.
