Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery • Feed materials into machines and ensure continuous workflow • Perform routine quality checks to ensure product standards are met • Make minor machine adjustments as needed • Identify and report mechanical issues to maintenance teams • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow all company safety and compliance procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred • Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety • Must be reliable and able to work a rotating shift schedule • Must speak Spanish
