Job Description • Oversees daily bagging operations to ensure efficient, safe production that meets customer specifications. Leads line leaders and machine operators while managing up to seven bagging machines, maintaining quality, productivity, and compliance with operational standards. Job Responsibilities: • Oversee bagging operations to ensure safe, efficient production • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs • Execute work orders accurately (specs, weights, labels, packaging) • Lead and manage line leaders and machine operators • Coordinate staffing, machine setup, and production flow • Monitor output, efficiency, downtime, and report metrics • Communicate goals, updates, and resolve operational issues with teams • Maintain safety, quality standards, and a clean work environment Shift/Hours: • Monday-Friday • 7 AM - 4 PM Job Requirements • Experience in production or packaging supervision (food preferred) • Mechanical aptitude with automated equipment troubleshooting experience • Strong leadership in fast-paced environments • Ability to read work orders, schedules, and reports • Strong communication skills • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred • Flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends Ready to make a move?
