Exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our team in Elizabeth, NJ.

Monday-Friday in office, 9a-5p

Responsibilities:

• Serves as first point of contact by professionally greeting candidates and visitors upon arrival. Collects and verifies identification and required information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Directs individuals to the appropriate staff while maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk environment.

• Source and screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and using a variety of search methods

• Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

• Assist with coordination of the overall interview, selection, and closing process through interactions with clients and candidates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Bilingual Spanish required

• At least 2 years’ experience as a recruiter, preferably for the light industrial industry skilled and unskilled labor.

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing

• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships

• Excellent organizational and time management skills; attention to detail crucial

• Comfortable making decisions independently

• Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders

• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary is commensurate with experience
