Responsibilities for this Accounting Clerk job include:
• Preparing monthly vendor invoices for payment
• Scheduling timely bi-monthly payments
• Preparing accruals and various AP reports for month-end
• Assisting with Account analysis
• Processing monthly manual checks
• Maintaining employee expense reports
• Accounts receivable functions when necessary
• Performing daily invoicing functions
• Assisting with payroll when necessary
• Conducting collection calls
• Processing credit memos and generating reports
• Assisting with month-end closing
• Assisting with the annual fiscal audit
• Reporting
• working with MSRP and ERP systems
• knowledge of JBA Software a plus
• Other duties as required
Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• 3 + years of accounting experience preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
