Customer Service Representative / Automotive Service Advisor

Cedar Rapids, IA

Full-Time | 7:00am-5:00pm (Monday–Friday)

$15–$20/hour + Commission

Job Summary:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers in person and over the phone • Coordinate vehicle service needs and support daily front-end operations • Deliver a positive customer experience while identifying service opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer calls, greet customers, and collect accurate customer/vehicle information • Recommend maintenance services and upsell when appropriate (commission-based) • Complete daily sales/marketing activity and ensure all forms are accurate

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred; automotive background is a plus • Strong communication skills and comfort with upselling services • Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and reliability

Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday–Friday, 1st shift schedule • $15–$20/hour based on experience • Commission opportunities for additional earnings
