We are seeking sales‐minded professionals to join our expansion as a Technical Recruiter based in Carmel, IN with a hybrid schedule. This role offers Base + Commission + Bonus to reward high performance and achievement.

Required Qualifications

• Able to work a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week IN OFFICE)

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or related field required

• Experience in cold calling and engaging candidates on job opportunities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Proven track record of high achievement and outperforming peers

• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills

• Excellent relationship building capabilities
