### What this role does day-to-day

As a Recruiter you will identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools, screen and interview qualified candidates, and partner with your Account Manager to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments. You will build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge and generate referrals and sales leads, perform various customer service-related activities, and give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with philanthropic organizations.

You will complete an hourly training period; upon successful completion of that training, Aerotek offers a base salary and commission structure as described below.

### Compensation and earning potential

- Base salary: $45,000 (upon successful completion of our hourly training period)

- After 1 year of tenure, base salary automatically increases to $55,000

- Unlimited earning potential through weekly commission

Projected Recruiter Earnings:

- Year 1: $50,000

- Year 2: $76,000

- Year 3: $102,000

Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
