Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Lead, where you will oversee the Team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your shift will run from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with overtime as needed and occasional Saturdays. Reading English is essential, as all travel/router documentation is in English.

Responsibilities • Set up, inspect, make necessary adjustments, and operate pad printing machines, automated robots, and workstations according to each work order. • Fulfill daily production schedules, completing production paperwork and routers as required. • Physically and/or visually inspect and evaluate parts for conformance and quality based on established criteria. • Manually unload finished products, pack parts, and ensure print adjustments are made to maintain print quality, registration, and production speed.

Essential Skills • Proficiency in production and batch mixing. • Experience within food manufacturing, semiconductor, or chemical industry. • Ability to follow documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). • General labor and hand tool usage.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
