Description • Ensure subassemblies are measured and assembled to meet production goals, including cycle time, quantity and quality. • Measure and verify dimensions and tolerances using measuring devices, including (but not limited to) calipers, micrometers and gauges. • Fit parts together to ensure proper operation of subassemblies in final assembly. • Operate laser welding equipment. • Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings. • Perform in-process inspection of parts to ensure manufacturing adherence to all quality requirements. • Perform daily maintenance on measuring tools. Conduct routine inspection and flag upcoming required calibration as needed. • Maintain a clean and safe workplace. Perform daily 6S activities to ensure organization and cleanliness of work area. • Perform necessary transactions in ERP system to maintain accurate inventory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rutherford, NJ. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.22 - $21.22/hr.
