Job Title: Inventory Associate Job Description
As an Inventory Associate, you will ensure that all orders are accurately picked, processed through quality assurance, packaged, and shipped. Your role is crucial in confirming that orders are correctly fulfilled before dispatch, and in reviewing packing slips against package contents to ensure accuracy. You will report any discrepancies and remove inaccurate packages from production, and may assist in final packaging if needed.
Responsibilities • Review packing lists to ensure order contents are correctly included in each package. • Weigh, count, and visually inspect materials, verifying part numbers on supplies, materials, and equipment. • Determine the appropriate conveyor system by scanning packages, reading labels and charts, verifying numbers, and sorting packages accordingly. • Pack boxes using various shipping materials, ensuring proper labeling and postage for each shipment. • Maintain levels of shipping materials and notify appropriate parties when supplies are low. • Package inventory, including boxing and sealing materials for shipment. • Utilize an online exceptions management system to communicate with clients. • Collaborate with other fulfillment departments to ensure all eligible packages are sent out. Essential Skills • Experience with warehouse inventory and packaging. • Proficiency in using RF scanners and quality assurance processes. • Familiarity with cycle counts, order entry, and Microsoft Excel. • Experience in shipping, receiving, packing, filing, scanning, picking, unloading, and loading. • Computer skills, including Excel data entry and bills of lading. Additional Skills & Qualifications • 1 year of experience working in a quality inspection department for any electronics company. • 1 year of shipping experience. Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The company specializes in repairing and refurbishing ATM checkout swipe machines. You will be working within a team of 20 employees spread across five different departments focused on inspecting and repairing machines. The work schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
