Job Summary
We are seeking a polished and highly organized Bilingual Spanish Receptionist for an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity in a professional law firm environment in Long Beach, CA. This client-facing role is ideal for an experienced front office professional who is fluent in Spanish and English, has excellent written communication skills, and can manage a busy reception area with confidence and accuracy.
The Bilingual Spanish Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers while supporting daily administrative operations. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume multi-line phone system, including screening, routing, and prioritizing calls. - Greet, screen, and assist visitors in a professional, welcoming, and client-focused manner. - Accurately enter client information and update records in firm systems with strong attention to detail. - Draft, review, and respond to emails using proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and professional tone. - Schedule and coordinate appointments for in-person meetings, phone calls, and Zoom sessions. - Process incoming mail, including sorting, stamping, and distributing correspondence.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $23 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. - Annual salary equivalent: $48,000 to $52,000 per year. - Job type: Temp-to-hire. - Schedule: Monday through Friday. - Location: Long Beach, CA. - Immediate need.
