About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join the corporate accounting team. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll across multiple entities while supporting broader accounting operations.
This is a hands-on position that collaborates closely with Sales, HR, Technology, and Operations—ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and cross-functional teamwork.
Note: This is an on-site role. Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Park City, UT.
What You’ll Do Process bi-weekly payroll across multiple entities Ensure accurate calculation of wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions Maintain payroll records with exceptional accuracy and confidentiality Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies Partner with HR and Accounting on employee updates, benefits, and compliance Prepare payroll reports and support audits Stay current on payroll laws and regulations What You Bring 2+ years of payroll experience (seasonal industry experience is a plus) Strong proficiency in payroll systems and Microsoft Excel Solid understanding of wage laws, taxes, and compliance requirements Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment High level of discretion and professionalism Why You’ll Love It Here Work in a mountain lifestyle environment surrounded by world-class skiing Ski pass included ??
