Skilled Operator II Location: Byron Center, MI Pay: $20 $22/hour Position Summary Arrow Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Skilled Operator II to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and helping drive efficient production. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities • Operate and set up production equipment according to job specifications

• Understand and follow manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety procedures

• Support production flow to ensure orders are completed on time

• Verify product specifications including material, size, weight, density, and shape to meet customer requirements

• Monitor output to maximize yield and minimize scrap

• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment as needed

• Enter and track production data in ERP systems (PeopleSoft preferred)

• Report production metrics and communicate issues to supervisors

• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals

• Follow all company policies, safety regulations, and procedures

Qualifications • Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred

• Experience operating machinery and performing basic troubleshooting

• Ability to work across multiple production areas

• Strong mechanical aptitude
