Blow Mold Machine Operator ($18–$25/hr) – 1st Shift – Hiring Immediately Ascend Staffing is seeking an experienced Plastics Machine Operator / Blow Mold Machine Operator / Blow Mold Technician / Production Operator / Manufacturing Technician within a plastics warehouse setting. Location: South Fort Worth Pay Rate: $18–$25 DOE Schedule Monday through Friday, possible Saturdays 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Must be flexible with hours Blow Mold Machine Operator / Blow Mold Technician Overview: As a Blow Mold Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in warehouse operations by operating blow mold machinery, performing quality assurance tests, and making necessary adjustments to maintain consistent product quality. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and experience working as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment. Work Environment of Blow Mold Machine Operator / Blow Mold Technician: This role involves working in a plastics manufacturing warehouse setting, operating industrial machinery and performing packing and production tasks. The environment may include exposure to various conditions, and physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and operating equipment will be required. Requirements of Blow Mold Machine Operator / Blow Mold Technician: Prior experience as a blow mold machine operator REQUIRED Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to perform calculations involving whole numbers, fractions, decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages Strong mechanical knowledge of machines and industrial equipment Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to write routine reports and correspondences Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a production environment Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods of time Responsibilities of Blow Mold Machine Operator / Blow Mold Technician: Continuously monitor blow mold machine operations to ensure accurate product measurements and specifications are maintained Make minor adjustments to machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency Assist the maintenance team in machine repairs, adjustments, and setup procedures Collaborate with the production team to maintain standard production rates, minimize waste, and meet production goals Complete all necessary documentation and production reports Set up and adjust labelers to ensure accurate product labeling Weigh and segregate scrap materials from machine runs into designated bins Perform other machine operation-related duties as assigned Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Apply today!
