What We Offer * Weekly pay of $20.00 per hour * Direct deposit & debit card payment options * Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance * Get weekends off * Overtime available * Training provided * Weekly Pay Lab/Spray TechTasks & Duties * Perform routine laboratory tests, experiments, and analyses under the supervision of senior scientists or lab managers. * Prepare, label, and organize samples, reagents, and solutions for testing. * Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment such as balances, pH meters, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, and microscopes. * Collect and record data accurately in laboratory notebooks, databases, or Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). * Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines. * Assist in quality control and assurance testing to ensure product or material compliance with specifications. * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace; ensure proper storage and disposal of chemicals and biological waste. Lab/Spray TechShift Info * Day Shift, 6am to 2:30pm * Monday - Friday Lab/Spray TechQualifications (Requirements/Skills) * Lab/Spray Tech experience preferred * GED / High School Diploma * Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen * Able to pass a background check * Able to work in the US * Prior laboratory experience preferred (academic, research, manufacturing, or quality control environment). * Knowledge of general laboratory procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform precise measurements and follow detailed instructions. * Basic understanding of scientific principles and data analysis. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and laboratory software (LIMS or similar). * Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills. * Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new techniques and equipment.
