Picker/Packer Tasks & Duties

• Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage

• Follow all company guidelines regarding packaging

• Identify and dispose of defective items

• Properly use packaging materials, including hand tools, glues, nails, padding, etc.

• Keep complete records of all materials that go through the warehouse

• Maintain a clean work area

Picker/Packer Shift Info

• 2-2-3 Shift, 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM

• Alternating depending on week

Picker/Packer Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)

• Picker/Packer experience preferred

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

• Able to pass a background check

• Able to work in the US

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, climb, carry, drive, and/or walk for up to 12-hour shifts, as schedule demands

• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds, with repetition

• Ability to produce 64 to 80 batches per shift with accuracy
