Position: Shipping & Receiving Pay Rate: $20/hour Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Overtime: Required as needed

Job Responsibilities: • Monitor and control order processing and shipping to ensure timely delivery and compliance with all shipping regulations.

• Produce necessary product labels, shipping, and hazmat information for production/operations promptly.

• Prepare all shipping documentation accurately.

• Enter and update order statuses in JDE.

• Schedule outbound freight through freight forwarders and trucking companies.

• Ensure compliance with all agency shipping regulations.

• Serve as a liaison with customers, order entry personnel, and manufacturing/operations regarding order shipments.

• Allocate and print orders throughout the day.

• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly warehouse.

• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Essential Skills, Education & Experience: • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts

• High-quality standards, strong accuracy, and organizational skills

• Data entry experience
