Now Hiring: Line Lead / Supervisor

Location: Bloomington, MN

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00pm – 11:00pm

Pay: $21.00/hr

Employment Type: Full time, trial to hire!

About this opportunity:

In this role, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly by moving materials into the facility and supporting our plastic pulverizing process. You’ll also assist with a variety of general warehouse tasks, including organizing materials, supporting day-to-day production needs, and helping maintain efficient production.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead daily operations and communicate with team members

• Use computers for labels, emails, and reporting

• Perform basic machine setup and preventive maintenance

• Operate forklifts (stand-up, sit-down, gas, electric)

• Move materials from outdoor storage into the facility

• Support pulverizing operations and general warehouse tasks

• Maintain a clean and safe workspace

• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 50 lbs)

• Able to work in a loud, dusty warehouse environment
