Now Hiring: Swiss Machinist
Location: Fridley Shift: • Weekend Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:15 AM • 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $25.00-$35.00/hr Employment Type: Full time, trial to hire or Direct Hire.

What You’ll Be Doing: • Manufacturing and troubleshooting CNC Swiss machines • Performing machine layouts and set-ups • Programming and operating CNC Swiss equipment • Reading and interpreting blueprints • Maintaining quality standards using SPC, TQM, and GD&T principles • Maintaining a clean and organized work environment • Working independently with minimal supervision • Collaborating with team members and assisting with overtime as needed
What makes you a great fit: • Five years of manufacturing and troubleshooting experience on CNC Swiss machines preferred • Two years of CNC Swiss set-up experience or the ability to learn quickly • Strong math aptitude and blueprint reading abilities • Understanding of SPC, TQM, and GD&T • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and stay organized
No CNC Swiss experience? Candidates with a strong CNC machining background and a willingness to learn Swiss machining are encouraged to apply!
