Job Description
Exciting new opportunity on 1st shift in Kalamazoo! Shift= 7am-3: 30pm with some overtime expected Pay= $18-20/hr depending on experience *Must have previous manufacturing experience and longevity in work history to be considered.* AtWork Personnel is looking for a Compounder for our client in the Kalamazoo area, The role ensures quality and accurate compounding of product to be packaged and shipped to customers, sets up and operates production equipment in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, and reads and interprets formula instructions to select, position, and secure machinery. Must Haves: • Good attendance record and longevity in work history • Strong Math ability with understanding of fractions and ratios • Strong Computer skills • Ability to handle physical workload- lifting 50 lbs. On a regular basis • Previous experience in food-grade manufacturing is strongly desired
