Job Title: Automotive Technician / Mechanic

We are currently hiring Automotive Technicians and Mechanics at all experience levels for direct hire positions with dealerships, body shops, and independent repair facilities throughout Wisconsin.

This is not a temporary service. All positions are direct hire with the employer, and many shops are looking to hire immediately. We are seeking skilled Automotive Technicians/Mechanics to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles, ensuring they run safely and efficiently. If you have experience in automotive repair and want to work with top dealerships and independent shops, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: Diagnosis & Repair: • Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify mechanical and electrical issues. • Repair and service engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and more. • Replace worn components such as belts, filters, and brake pads. • Conduct test drives to confirm repairs and ensure vehicle safety.

Maintenance & Inspection: • Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes. • Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs to maintain optimal performance. • Follow manufacturer guidelines to uphold vehicle warranties. • Accurately document all repairs, services performed, and parts used.

Technical Expertise: • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and repair methods. • Utilize repair manuals and digital resources to perform precise repairs.

Qualifications:

✔ High school diploma or equivalent (ASE certification is a plus!) ✔ Valid driver’s license ✔ Proven experience as an automotive technician ✔ Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics ✔ Proficiency with diagnostic tools and repair equipment
