This is a full-time / Direct Hire opportunity and on-site role for an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Technicians at our production facilities in OR. The technicians will ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of production machinery, conduct routine inspections, troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment. The role also involves maintaining safety standards and working collaboratively with the production team to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency. - Team player attitude!

Qualifications

· Expertise in mechanical systems maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair

· Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and basic PLC troubleshooting

· Experience with preventative maintenance programs and equipment optimization

· Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment

· Effective communication skills and ability to work within a team

· High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred

· 3-5 years of previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
