• Monday-Friday. • 7:00am-4:00pm. • Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour. Responsibilities of the Welder: • Execute welding operations using MIG equipment and techniques to fabricate metal parts and assemblies according to specifications and blueprints • Perform various types of welds including straight lines, curves, and circles, while maintaining accuracy and quality standards • Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections and make necessary adjustments or repairs • Ensure proper handling and storage of materials, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe and organized work environment • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and in adherence to quality guidelines • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and advancements in welding technology to implement best practices Requirements: Requirements of the Welder: • Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a similar fabrication or manufacturing setting • Proficient in operating MIG equipment including welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, and various hand tools • Strong knowledge of different welding techniques, materials, and their properties • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications • Attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards • Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods • Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent time management skills • #INDAI2472 Job Type: Temp to Hire Post Date: 05/07/2026
