Production/Warehouse Associate

Cardinal Staffing is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Production Associates for a reputable manufacturing company in Potterville, MI. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced plastic injection molding environment producing bleachers and stadium seating. Key Responsibilities

Trim and assemble plastic molded products Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards Package finished products for shipment Learn and operate multiple machines Maintain attention to detail in a production environment Job Requirements

Ability to pass a test with 80% or higher Basic English comprehension (spoken and written) Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Flexibility to work overtime and adjust shifts as needed Shift & Pay Information

1st Shift: 6:00 AM

2:30 PM | $16.20/hour 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM

10:30 PM | $16.95/hour 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM

6:30 AM | $17.20/hour Training

MondayFriday | 6:00 AM

2:30 PM Duration: 23 weeks on 1st shift Work Environment
