Job Description Job Description Apartment Maintenance Technician – We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a busy apartment community in Columbus, OH . The ideal candidate will have strong general maintenance skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep the property running smoothly. Responsibilities: • Perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, etc.).
• Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with make-ready tasks, including painting, flooring, and basic repairs.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure property grounds are safe and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Requirements: • Previous maintenance experience in apartments or similar setting required.
• EPA Certification is required.
• Knowledge of general building systems and repair methods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
