What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within production or manufacturing (supervisory experience required)

• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team leads and operators

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams simultaneously

• Basic math and data analysis skills

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple production lines or departments through team leads

• Coach, mentor, and develop team leads to strengthen leadership capability and accountability

• Drive production performance by monitoring KPIs such as labor efficiency, scrap rates, and output

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing initiatives

• Partner with the Operations Manager to execute strategic goals and continuous improvement projects

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements

• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet production demands

• Analyze production data to make informed decisions and improve operational performance

• Lead shift meetings and communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations clearly

• Support cross-functional collaboration with maintenance, quality, and other departments

About Our Team:

Located in Corona, CA, this role reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a critical role in driving daily execution and long-term improvements. You’ll be responsible for building a strong leadership bench while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
