Location: Northlake, TX

Pay Rate: Starting at $20+ per hour (Dependent on Experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, with required overtime and occasional Saturdays

We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our cement molding company in Northlake, TX, as a Concrete Production Laborer. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a focus on skill development and long-term growth.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Assist with the production, casting, and finishing of precast and pre-stressed concrete products.

• Perform general labor duties, including heavy lifting and material handling.

• Participate in preparing and cleaning formwork and molds for concrete pouring.

• Operate hand and/or power tools (such as floats, trowels, and screeds) to achieve specified depth and consistency in concrete finishing.

• Support patching crews and assist with repairing or breaking concrete as needed.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have prior experience in construction, landscaping, or roofing.

• Willingness to learn new processes and grow with the company.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent, or at least one year of related experience in trades specific to job requirements, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals

• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently

• Ability to add, subtract multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

• Have the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form

• Maintain a high level of accuracy in all aspects of work assignments

• While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time

• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 100 lbs

• Must be punctual and able to work the full shift, including overtime and some Saturdays.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and E-Verify screening.
