Direct Start Customer Service Rep

Location Coppell, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

$16/hr

Tuesday 5/5: 3PM- 5PM AND Wednesday 5/6 to Friday 5/8 from 7:45AM-8:00PM (12 hour shift)

ROLE IMPACT: This short-term assignment supports a structured vehicle market research event. You will help create a smooth, organized experience for participants while keeping event operations on track. Success in this role means showing up reliably, staying engaged throughout your shift, and maintaining a steady, professional presence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

• Greet participants and provide clear, friendly direction upon arrival

• Guide attendees through a simple, step-by-step event process

• Monitor participant flow to ensure an organized and efficient experience

• Communicate with on-site supervisors and team members to maintain event operations

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to commit to all scheduled event dates (May 5–8)

• Strong reliability and punctuality in a structured team setting

• Previous customer service or event support experience preferred
