Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Rep

Crouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is immediately hiring for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep position in Killeen, TX! Job Title: Bilingual - Spanish CSR Location: Killeen, TX 76541 Job Type: Full-time Pay/Salary: $17.00 or more, Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm Duties include: • Interact with customers via phone, email, and mail to provide information in response to service inquiries and to handle and resolve complaints. • Data Entry of customer information into electronic and paper customer records, track customer requests to verify closure of customer inquiries. • Handles roughly 65-120 calls a day. • Check to ensure appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems. • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken. Preferred Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required. • A minimum of one year of general office or call center-related experience is required. • Prefer a candidate with strong customer service and phone etiquette skills • Must be friendly and personable • Must be able to handle difficult situations with compassion and control • Strong Data Entry and basic computer skills are needed • Bilingual-Spanish Skills are required.
