JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Now Hiring: Logistics Coordinator Crouch Staffing is seeking a skilled and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our client’s growing team. This role oversees and manages the logistics flow of pre-engineered metal buildings from factories to construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in transportation coordination, documentation, and supply chain processes. Responsibilities • Request and evaluate freight rates for budgeting purposes • Plan and coordinate logistics processes including loading and delivery • Work with carriers and providers to ensure timely movement of shipments • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries and direct to appropriate channels • Review packing lists, loading reports, and shipping documentation for accuracy • Prepare commercial invoices and export documentation • Track shipments and provide customers with timely updates • Develop and improve logistics processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness • Assist with distribution, shipment budgets, and other logistics-related functions • Work with international locations including AIP, Mexico, and Spain Qualifications & Skills • 3+ years handling trucking shipments and documentation • 3+ years handling ocean and/or freight shipments • Bachelor’s degree or related experience in logistics or supply chain • Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations • Knowledge of route planning and consolidation techniques • Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office applications • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Experience with pre-engineered or structural steel buildings preferred • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred This is a great opportunity to join a company that values innovation, teamwork, and professional growth.
