Maintenance Supervisor ( Industrial/Manufacturing) Direct Hire/Perm Warner Robins/Macon GA area ( Work is ONSITE/NON REMOTE) We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role ensures that equipment stays reliable, production goals are supported, and safety standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can guide a team, solve technical problems, and keep the facility running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities • Direct and coordinate maintenance activities to support safe and efficient plant operations • Assign daily tasks and manage work schedules for maintenance technicians • Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment performance • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on production equipment and facility systems • Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability, safety, and operational performance • Train, coach, and evaluate maintenance team members to build skills and improve results • Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with company policies • Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment or process issues Experience and Education Requirements • High School Diploma required; technical or college degree preferred • 3 or more years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting • Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy production environment • Solid communication and organizational skills for coordinating work across teams • Experience with maintenance software or CMMS systems • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to established procedures
