Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a leading manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll apply your welding skills to produce high-quality products in a safe and efficient environment. If you enjoy hands-on work and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You’ll Do as a Welder: • Effectively and safely complete daily activities in the weld shop • Perform work allocated to production standards • Work from process sheets and blueprints • Work within close tolerance and maintain high-quality welds • Troubleshoot and problem-solve weld issues What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role: • Must have a welding diploma or 2+ years of MIG welding experience • Must have knowledge of wire-feed/MIG welding procedure • Must have blueprint reading experience • Must have experience using power tools in a manufacturing setting • Must have ability to train on 1st shift for up to the first 3 months • Ability to work under minimum supervision • Ability to work as part of a team
