Third Shift Details:
• Temporary position
• $ 26.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Third Shift (Monday through Friday)
Packaging Supervisor to join our rapidly growing company.
Third Shift Qualifications:
• Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of safety practices, quality standards, and production workflows
• Ability to lead, coach, and hold a team accountable during overnight operations Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions independently
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-shift leadership and support teams
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Reliable attendance and the ability to manage shift start-ups, changeovers, and end-of-shift reporting
• Basic computer skills for logging production data, documenting incidents, and completing shift reports
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
