Quality Inspector Lead Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 19.00 / hour Full Time work available Third Shift (Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 07:00am) 3rd shift- 11pm-7am Monday-Friday overtime as needed. Background: 7 years No Felonies- no violent/theft misdemeanors. Our entry-level inspector responsibilities include inspecting or reworking materials based on defined work instructions. Our inspectors may be required to use a variety of inspection skills including visual detection, inspection equipment and/or measuring devices. Quality Inspector Lead Qualifications: Education & Knowledge High school diploma required; associate's degree in industrial/manufacturing tech a plus. 23 years in manufacturing or quality environments. Understanding of process improvement and quality principles. Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail with excellent judgment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and critical features. Clear communication skills-both verbal and written. Team-oriented mindset with consistent follow-through. Computer proficiency for recordkeeping and quality documentation. Familiarity with measurement and test equipment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 20/20 vision with or without corrective lenses.
