Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Tech in our trailer manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will perform essential finishing tasks on a production line, including the installation of springs, axles, wires, lights, labels, tires, and more. As a member of the production team, you will play a key role in meeting our goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.

Manufacturing Assembly Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $ 19.00 / hour • Full Time work available • First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00am to 02:30pm) • Second Shift (Monday through Thursday from 4:00pm to 2:30am) • Assemble interior and exterior components of utility trailers according to work orders and production standards • Measure, cut, and install materials accurately using a tape measure and hand/power tools • Maintain consistent production pace while meeting quality expectations • Work independently for extended periods while remaining focused and productive • Maintain reliable, consistent attendance and punctuality

Manufacturing Assembly Qualifications: • 2+ years production experience in a manufacturing setting • Lift, push, pull, and maneuver materials weighing up to 75 lbs • Stand, bend, twist, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift • Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times • Properly use required PPE and operate tools and equipment safely • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
