Weld Production Associate Details: • Temp-to-Hire position • $ 19.60 to $ 20.70 / hour • Full Time work available • Various shifts available • $19.60 to $20.70 /hour • First Shift: 7:00am to 4:30pm • Third Shift: 9:00pm to 5:00am • Must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks • Perform MIG welding, welding inspections, and production tasks • Fast-paced, team-focused manufacturing environment

Weld Production Associate Qualifications: • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred • At least 6 months manufacturing or welding experience preferred • Ability to perform MIG welding and follow work instructions • Able to work up to 2 hours of overtime daily • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs repetitively • Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork • Applicant may be subject to a background check • Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment • A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
