HR Administration Assistant Details: • Contract position • $20.00 /hour • First Shift • Verify and process Form I9 documentation in accordance with federal requirements; ensure completion timelines are met and documentation is accurate and properly retained. • Support onboarding and offboarding activities to provide a seamless employee experience. • Submit required new-hire reports to applicable state agencies and maintain confirmation records for audit readiness. • Process and maintain employee photos and related HR documentation for internal records; ensure files are organized, complete, and handled confidentially. • Update employee data and maintain HR records in the HRIS (e.g., Workday) with a high level of accuracy; run basic reports as requested. • Respond to routine HR administrative requests, escalate complex issues appropriately, and help identify opportunities to improve documentation and workflows.
HR Administration Assistant Qualifications: • Hands-on experience verifying Form I9 documentation and supporting employment eligibility compliance; familiarity with E-Verify strongly preferred. • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail; proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and comfortable learning new systems and processes. • Experience supporting onboarding and maintaining employee data in Workday (preferred). • Professional, discreet, and service-oriented; able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgment. • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment, communicate clearly, and follow through on details.
