Position Summary The Recruiter & Staffing Consultant will manage the full-cycle recruiting process while serving as a trusted advisor to both candidates and client companies. This role focuses on building relationships, understanding client hiring needs, and matching talent with the right opportunities. Success is driven by communication, organization, and a consultative approach. Essential Job Duties • Source, screen, interview, and place candidates in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles • Build and maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand hiring needs and culture • Develop and manage a strong candidate pipeline through networking, referrals, job postings, and outreach • Guide candidates through the hiring process from initial conversation through placement and follow-up • Manage job orders, candidate submissions, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination • Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and ensure compliance with employment regulations • Collaborate with the Emerald Staffing team to meet and exceed placement goals Requirements • 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience (agency experience preferred) Candidates with a service industry background are encouraged to apply • Strong relationship-building, communication, and listening skills • Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment • Results-driven mindset with a service-oriented, consultative approach • Comfortable using ATS platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn • Professional, detail-oriented, and highly organized Let us know you are interested!
