What You'll Do: • Monitoring driver locations and tracking delivery progress to guarantee on-time performance. • Communicating route details, updates, delays, and load instructions clearly to drivers. • Maintaining accurate data records and preparing daily operational reports. • Collaborating closely with team members to optimize scheduling and logistics processes.
What We're Looking For: • Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or transportation is preferred but not required. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
