We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping/Admin professional to join our team in Camarillo, CA (93012). This position plays a key role in daily shipping operations while providing administrative support to ensure smooth warehouse and office coordination.

The Shipping/Admin role is responsible for processing outbound shipments, managing shipping documentation, and supporting administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is computer literate, organized, and experienced with major shipping platforms.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Occasional overtime may be required

Pay Rate

• $17 – $25 per hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities

• Process and prepare shipments using UPS and FedEx software

• Create shipping labels, packing slips, and related documentation

• Track shipments and resolve shipping issues

• Perform general administrative duties (data entry, filing, reporting)

• Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Shipping/Admin or similar role preferred

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn systems quickly

• Working knowledge of UPS and FedEx shipping software

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
