Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and hard-working individual to join our team! Summary: The Inside Sales Representative maintains the client relations of the company. Responsible for: • Completing sales calls • Completing recruiting calls • Conducting interviews • Filling job orders • Documenting correspondence • Other duties as assign Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Previous sales and customer service experience preferred Skills: Should be highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Highly goal and customer service oriented. Computer proficient. Must be computer literate. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must possess a valid driver's license. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Environment: Full-time, sit-down position. Must be able to work at a computer for 8 hours a day.
