Job Description
$20/hr.
Experienced Customer Service Representative needed for 3-month assignment. Prefer Dispatch experience.
Duties include taking calls from truck drivers who are stranded due to equipment failures & breakdowns and need assistance, then relaying those messages to the maintenance department. Must be able to use a computer, communicate with drivers, maintenance, and management. Able to operate in stressful situations and able to multitask.
Background & Drug test
Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. and work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) when needed.
