Automotive Company located in Findlay, OH is looking to add General Associates to their team. Candidates should have a strong attention to detail, be organized and self-motivated. Job Duties Include: • Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.

• Assemble automotive components and sub-assemblies to defined specifications and quality standards.

• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements to ensure product conformity.

• Follow standardized work instructions and maintain accurate production records as required.

• Support daily production targets and cycle time goals, reporting any delays or issues to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
