Location: West Palm Beach, FL Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Schedule: • Up to 10-hour shifts • 5 days per week

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator to join our team. This role involves handling, moving, and storing materials while operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, physically capable, and experienced in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently • Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers • Move products to proper storage areas • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment • Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stock counts • Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards • Follow all company procedures and OSHA safety guidelines

Qualifications: • Required: Valid forklift certification • Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Physical Requirements: • Frequent lifting, bending, and standing for long periods • Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks • Comfortable working in a outdoor/ warehouse environment (may include heat, rain, or noise)
