Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $17.00 - Shift Hours: 6a.m.-2p.m. Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in Detroit. This role is essential to maintaining efficient operations by safely moving, organizing, and storing seafood and meat products in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment. Key Responsibilities: • Operate a stand-up forklift to load, unload, and transport products within the cold (freezer) warehouse • Move products in and out of cold storage areas, including freezers and refrigerated spaces • Accurately pick, stage, and organize orders for shipment • Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all safety procedures and company policies • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO) Requirements: • Previous experience operating a stand-up forklift (required) • Valid forklift certification (preferred) • Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods • Strong attention to detail and safety awareness • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods • Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Schedule: • Mon-Fri- 6am-2pm or when work is complete
