Customer Service Representative (Sales – Shades & Window Coverings) We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with a strong sales background to support customers in selecting and purchasing shade and window covering solutions. This role combines customer service with sales, requiring someone who can guide clients, generate quotes, and close sales while maintaining excellent service. Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with selecting shades, blinds, and window covering solutions based on their needs and preferences • Generate quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers • Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions • Upsell and cross-sell products when appropriate • Coordinate with production and distribution teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Requirements: • Previous experience in customer service and sales (window coverings or related industry preferred) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to close sales and meet customer needs • Basic computer skills (Excel, CRM systems, order entry) • Detail-oriented and organized • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Work Environment: • Office or showroom setting • Fast-paced environment with customer interaction and sales goals
