Position Summary: The associate will be helping clean out units, move furniture and garbage, paint units, provide basic maintenance and upkeep for the apartments.
Ideal Candidate:
• Working knowledge of janitorial, construction, home remodeling, drywall, light plumbing, and electrical. Must be experienced.
• Must have valid driver’s license
• Will need to own their own tools
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Must have a clean driving record-background check required
