Sales Associate – Paint & Supply Store Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Sales Associates for a client within the paint and coatings industry. Schedule & Pay: Full-time and part-time opportunities available Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for long-term placement and growt Job Responsibilities: Customer Consultation: Greet customers, assess their project needs, and recommend appropriate paint products, finishes, primers, and application tools. Paint Mixing & Color Matching: Accurately tint, mix, and match paint colors using custom formulas, spectrophotometers, and automated dispensing equipment. Sales & Transactions: Process purchases, handle returns, and manage cash or credit transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system. Inventory Management: Unload delivery trucks, stock shelves, organize the backroom, and assist with regular inventory counts.
