We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Operational Technician to support production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.

Location: Olathe, KS Employment Type: Full-time Work Conditions: Warehouse / Production / Light Industrial Travel: No Telecommute: No Pay: $21.50 per hour – Paid Weekly Work Hours: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM | Rotating Schedule

Position Summary: The Operational Technician plays a critical role in warehouse and production operations. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting logistics operations, and ensuring equipment and warehouse activities operate safely and efficiently.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficiency and quality standards Load materials into machines and monitor production flow Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee production area organization Coordinate daily production schedules and prioritize operational needs Inspect, evaluate, and document incoming and outgoing materials Label and organize materials with proper identification information Manage material inventory and dispose of unusable materials properly Communicate with shipping teams regarding pickups and deliveries Conduct inventory checks and support operational reporting processes Assist receiving department with inspection of incoming inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Minimum Requirements: Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate production equipment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Skills Required: Machine operation and production support Inventory management and material handling Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications: Previous warehouse or machine operating experience Experience working in manufacturing or logistics environments Mechanical maintenance experience is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and material handling Exposure to machinery, warehouse equipment, and production materials Use of production machinery and warehouse tools
